The links-style design is spectacular in both sporting and aesthetic terms. With a total of 8 lakes, 1200 trees and the emblematic 15th hole, “Mirador”, it will be an experience you will want to repeat.

Golf club page 21.03. — green fee per player: Green Fee 18 Holes (10:00) Designed by U.S. architect Mr. Rees Jones, the course is famous for being one of the best golf courses in Spain and for being the longest Par 5 in Spain and highlights in Europe. The 12th hole, from black measures 6.855 m. of distance from Golf Santander make it the longest course in Europe. However, what makes a well-designed golf course is not its toughness but its versatility. The right balance between the skill of the player and the difficulty of the course is achieved by including numerous tee-off platforms (up to 8 per hole). A very challenging and very technical golf course that both professionals and amateurs enjoy.

Il en résulte un long parcours de 6 622 mètres (7 244 yards) à l’allure de links britannique, avec beaucoup d’aspérités et une absence d’arbres, où les brises deviennent un élément décisif du jeu. Les neuf premiers trous sont caractérisés par leurs fairways étroits et allongés qui exigent de la technique et un exercice de stratégie, tandis que les neuf seconds, non moins exigeants, culminent en trois trous dominés par un immense lac et l’imposant bâtiment de la Fédération royale espagnole de golf.
