Since the renovation the Fairplay Golf Club has been a real reference point for golf in Andalusia. The typical cork oak forests and olive groves give the course a southern character, creating a real challenge for all handicaps. The 18 hole Par 73 course was designed by the Belgian architect Baron Paul Rolin and the large undulating greens were created by the Englishman Gordon English. The fairways are a little adventure for every player, boredom is not an option here. Situated close to the unique natural park “Los Alcornocales”, the golf course has been subjected to a strict ecological standard, so the original vegetation has been preserved. In general the course is flat with 7 lakes, the Laguna de la Janda and the typical woodland which may cause you some problems in the landing area.
