4th Italia Ambassador & Friends Golf Cup 2026

Bogogno Golf Resort | 15–18 July 2026

A week full of golf, enjoyment, camaraderie and a healthy dose of Italian flair – in the heart of the beautiful Bogogno Golf Resort between Lake Maggiore and the rolling hills of Piedmont. This is where sporting challenge meets relaxed dolce vita.

Day 1 – Wednesday, 15 July: Arrival & Italian evening on Isola dei Pescatori

This special golf weekend gets off to an exciting start:

Arrival at Bogogno Golf Resort: After your journey, you can check in, settle in and get a taste of Italian golf on the driving range.

Bus transfer to Stresa: In the early evening, a comfortable bus will take you to Stresa on Lake Maggiore – the ideal opportunity for a first aperitivo by the water and a quick glimpse of the Borromean Islands.

Continue by boat: From Stresa, you will take to the water: together, you will take a boat to Isola dei Pescatori – one of the most charming little islands on Lake Maggiore.

Dinner at the Hotel Verbano: Right on the waterfront of the small, unspoilt fishing village, an Italian menu with local specialities awaits you at the Hotel Verbano. Fresh ingredients, a glass of wine and a view of the lake – a perfect start to three days of golf and enjoyment.

Return journey: After dinner, the boat will take you back to Stresa and the bus will take you back to the resort. Those who still have time and energy can round off the evening at the hotel bar.

Day 2 – Thursday, 16 July: The Italia Ambassador Golf Cup

Today is all about sport – with plenty of tournament spirit and a party evening:

Tournament start: After a hearty breakfast, it's off to one of the two championship courses at the Bogogno Golf Resort. The Ambassador & Friends Golf Cup 2026 officially begins.

Halfway House: A lovingly designed halfway house stop awaits you on the course – perfect for a snack, a cool drink and a quick chat with other players.

Sporting highlights on the course: Fun, fair competition and frequent glimpses of the fascinating landscape make the day a real experience.

Evening aperitif: After the round, all participants gather again in the clubhouse for a relaxed aperitif. Drinks, snacks and good conversation – the perfect transition to the evening programme.

Gala dinner & award ceremony: In the evening, the grand gala dinner takes place. Italian cuisine meets a festive atmosphere. Afterwards, we honour the winners of the Ambassador Cup.

Dancing until dawn: After the award ceremony, the terrace is transformed into a dance floor. DJ, good music, exuberant atmosphere – and suddenly it's early morning.

Day 3 – Friday, 17 July: Bogogno Cup & Farewell Brunch

A fitting end to a weekend that will be remembered:

Bogogno Cup – The second round: Once again, it's time to tee off, this time for the Bogogno Cup. Again with a halfway house, but this time with the light-heartedness of the final game and the motto: ‘Enjoy yourself instead of being nervous.’

Final game: Fair, relaxed, with lots of conversation about the great moments of the last few days.

Farewell Brunch: After the round, the entire group meets in the clubhouse for a hearty brunch. Eating, laughing, sharing final stories and making plans for next year.

Farewell: With a full stomach and lots of new impressions, an all-round successful golf weekend comes to an end.
