Golf day & night at Carya Golf Club

As one of the most popular country clubs in Turkey, “Carya Golf Club” was the first in Europe to introduce a fully illuminated golf course with a major investment.

By illuminating all 18 holes, Carya Golf Club offers the opportunity to play at night with the comfort of daylight, allowing guests to enjoy golfing in the warm Mediterranean climate until late at night.

Since being voted the best golf destination in 2008, the resort of Belek has literally been inundated with golf lovers.

It is almost impossible to get a free spot on the golf courses during the intense golfing seasons in Belek, which are favoured due to the attractive offers of the luxurious hotels.

Rather, there was the problem that some games could not be finished due to the short days between the months of September and May in Belek, especially games that start in the afternoon.Thanks to this special project, such problems have not only been eliminated, now there is also the possibility to discover the advantageous and beautiful sides of playing golf at night.

The ball is clearly visible thanks to the 36 m high and up to 250 LUX lighting and the dark background.Moreover, the players have the feeling as if they are playing completely different 18 holes, as the golf course shows itself from a completely different side due to the lighting.Thus, Carya Golf Club has made a significant contribution to the Turkish tourism sector with this project, which is unique not only in this region but also in the whole of Europe.
