Foresteria Barlassina - Experience unforgettable golf holidays!

Just 20 km from Milan, seven spacious, exquisitely decorated rooms have been built directly onto the beautiful 18 hole Barlassina Golf Course. The Club House was designed by Luigi Vietti, one of the most prestigious architectural firms in Italy. Some rooms have a view of the golf course and the swimming pool, whilst others have a view on the woods. Next to the building, in a romantic setting, you will find a large swimming pool for the guests, where a large beech tree seems to be ready to take a dip in the pool. After an enjoyable round of golf, a visit to the restaurant is a must, whether it be in the elegant dining room with its fireplace or out on the terrace, during Summer. In 1960, Barlassina was chosen by the director Michelangelo Antonioni, for the dance scenes of the film “The Night” with Marcello Mastroianni and Jeanne Moreau.

Very pleasant staff, decent rooms but no bar staff in the late afternoon and restaurant closed The golf course is superb Overall a pleasant stay

Accommodation and space

Accommodation, meals Lunch and dinner good. Breakfast could be better. Unfortunately there was no buffet. Golf course: Very nice and varied course. Found it in great condition. I felt comfortable on it.

Spontaneous golf vacation

Impressive clubhouse, somewhat outdated. Room furnishings nice and spacious. Windows/insulation in need of renewal from an energy point of view. Breakfast very simple and one-sided. Good coffee. Nice staff.

Beautiful place and at the beginning of March with very good space conditions

The stay at the GGC Barlassina was great. - Club very well and very pleasantly run, requests are met wherever possible - Course in very good condition at the beginning of March, especially greens. Construction work for new irrigation system did not interfere. - Rooms very large and clean, somewhat ring-shaped - Breakfast not from the buffet (doesn't have to be), but with freshly squeezed fruit juice, warm ham and cheese toast, ...... simply sympathetic-Italian The whole complex is very idyllically situated in a huge wooded area and at night it is absolutely quiet outside. There are plenty of restaurants for dinner in the village and the surrounding area. The proximity to Milan (35 minutes by train from Seveso) invites you to visit the football stadium (even if you are not a fan, it is an experience to watch the supporters of the home team).

Excellent golf and service

Staff very friendly and professional. The food in the restaurant in the evening was not really warm otherwise everything was fine.

A pleasant stay

The room is comfortable but lacks soundproofing, which causes a lot of noise (shower noise, as well as outside gardening noise, early in the morning).

Large room, nice bathroom, very clean

The nicely decorated and warm clubhouse, the excellent restaurant, the staff who listened to our needs even if they didn't speak French, and the large room with a very modern and clean bathroom all contributed to making our stay a pleasant one. Two minor complaints: - the mattress on the king-size bed is far too firm for my taste - the golf and more documentation was not given to us personally but was found by chance on a piece of furniture two days after our arrival.
