Pickalbatros Golf Course

Located at the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula, the resort enjoys a prime setting that makes it the perfect finale to any journey through Egypt. Here, guests can experience an exceptional round of golf surrounded by the breathtaking contrasts of mountains, desert, and sea.

The golf course has matured into one of the region’s finest. This 18-hole, Par 72 PGA Championship course, measuring 6,021 meters, opened in 1997 and was designed by the renowned American firm Sanford & Associates.

Featuring premium Paspalum grass throughout, the course is enhanced by 18 lakes that attract a wide variety of exotic birdlife. More than 35 different species have been recorded, including nine listed as endangered species.

Over the years, more than 1,250 trees have been planted, enriching the landscape with Washingtonia palms, date palms, Jerusalem thorns, California fan palms, Hong Kong orchids, and the vibrant Flame of the Forest. Together, they create a striking oasis that blends harmoniously with the dramatic desert surroundings.
