The rooms are sporty, smartly furnished and almost new. The complex is very quiet, with a direct view of the driving range.

The hotel as well as the golf course are dog-friendly, our Nelly felt very comfortable.

In addition to an 18-hole golf course, driving range and golf school, the course also has 9 championship holes. These are not very spectacular, but require precision play as if by a surgeon’s hand, as the fairways are only mown to a maximum width of 25 metres. Some of the greens are hardly bigger than a „beer mat“.

The fairways run through forests and hills, streams and lakes form the natural water hazards. Water comes into play on the majority of the 18 holes, which makes the course, which is harmless in itself, somewhat more difficult. In addition, there are differences in altitude. For example, on hole 6 you need a long drive over the lake and on hole 7 you need good tactics because a stream crosses the fairway twice. Another stream flows in front of the green on 9 and there is a bunker directly behind the green.

After the game, be sure to stop on the terrace for a glass of white wine from the Gavi region, especially as it is accompanied by delicious homemade nibbles in the form of various savoury pastries made from yeast dough.
